Doctoral Scholarships of the Faculty

Twice a year, the Faculty of Medicine awards scholarships for a period of 6 months for students to carry out experimental doctoral theses (735 euros per month and an additional 3000 euros for material costs).

Travel grants for doctoral researchers and postdocs

The Heine Research Academies support doctoral researchers and postdocs with the HeRA travel grant programme to attend scientific congresses and conferences and research stays abroad.

Mentoring

Selma-Meyer-Mentoring

The SelmaMeyerMentoring Programme, named after the first female professor at the Düsseldorf Medical Academy, supports talented and motivated female academics in venturing and shaping their own personal path at university.

A-Quadrat Mentoring for students

A² stands for Arzt² - and is a study-accompanying mentoring programme with joint further development of mentees and mentors.
