The course fees for doctoral students and scientific employees of the Faculty of Medicine are covered by the Medical Dean's Office. For external participants, the stated course fees apply.

If it is not possible to participate in the booked event, please cancel early (at least 6 working days in advance) so that we can reallocate the place. Registrations made less than 6 days before the start of the workshop are binding and cannot be canceled.

Please note that in case of last-minute cancellation and/or unexcused absence, the pro-rata workshop costs (125 € per workshop day) may be charged. If you are unable to attend due to illness, please submit a note from your doctor within 14 days of the start of the workshop. After this period, the note from your doctor can no longer be considered and proportional workshop fees will apply.
